This exceptional accommodation, perfect for individuals or couples, can comfortably host up to six guests, blending modern comforts with vintage charm, including original Island and international artwork and antiques.
The main level features a well-equipped modern kitchen, informal dining area, and two living spaces, both equipped with pullout sofa beds—one queen-size and the other double. Accessible from the main level are front and back decks. The front deck offers breathtaking water views of the sand dunes, ocean, and harbor, perfect for enjoying drinks, BBQs, or simply basking in the sun. The back deck, where you enter the property, enjoys the morning sun, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing in the gentle breeze.
Upon entering the lovingly maintained guesthouse, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, sun-filled family room, featuring comfortable seating and a swivel-mounted flat-screen 50-inch TV—a perfect spot to unwind with your guests. Through the French doors from the family room, you’ll step into the expansive living room bathed in natural light, boasting soaring vaulted ceilings, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.
Prepare to be welcomed by a fully renovated open-plan chef’s kitchen, boasting solid surface countertops, contemporary appliances, and ample storage. Additionally, discreetly tucked away on the main level is a full laundry facility, alongside a conveniently located bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, your retreat awaits in the bedroom, featuring abundant storage, a queen-sized bed, a 38-inch flat-screen TV, and a loft and deck offering stunning vistas of the ocean, harbor, and Greenwich National Park. Each of the 12 windows in the upstairs bedroom can be opened to let in the refreshing harbour breezes, and a spacious closet ensures a comfortable “home away from home” experience.
For your peace of mind and convenience, we’ve installed an automatic generator, ensuring uninterrupted comfort during power outages. Don’t be alarmed if you hear the generator kick in at 10 am every Monday morning; this routine test ensures its proper functionality and readiness to automatically activate in case of an actual power disruption.

There is a two-bin garbage receptable in the lower kitchen cabinet to the left of the kitchen sink. A green compost bin is also located under the kitchen sink.
Each bin is identified by colour: Blue for recyclables, and clear/white for waste and green for compost. The replacement compost/recyclable/waste bags are found in the cupboard under the sink. When the bags are full, please remove and place at the bottom of the back entry steps in the morning. Our maintenance staff are responsible for removing the bags the same day to prevent wildlife from tearing the bags apart. Please ensure that no bags are left outside overnight.
PEI requires sorting of all refuse. If in doubt as to what falls within any of these categories, please see the sorting guide located in the manual on the kitchen island.
