What if there's a problem when I'm at the cottage?
If any issuers arise during your stay, please notify us or your emergency contact promptly so we can address them. Delayed notifications may prevent us from resolving the issue and could inconvenience future renters.
Will my cell phone work at the cottage?
All primary networks offer coverage at the property.
What do I do with trash?
Bins for waste disposal can be found in the kitchen. The blue bin is for recyclables, the clear/white bin for waste, and the green bin for compost. Replacement bags for these bins are stored under the sink. When full, please place the bags at the bottom of the back entry steps in the morning for prompt disposal by our staff. Ensure no bags are left outside overnight to avoid wildlife interference. Refer to the sorting guide in the kitchen island manual for clarification on waste categories, as per PEI regulations.
Can I drink the water at the cottage?
The cottage relies on a well as its main water source, including for drinking purposes. The well water is safe to drink.
